WPA posters refer to a series of posters created under the Works Progress Administration (WPA) during the Great Depression in the United States. The WPA was a federal agency established in 1935 as part of President Franklin D. Roosevelt's New Deal programs aimed at providing employment and economic relief during the economic downturn.
